Biography
Jose Felix Ceballos was born in Venezuela, in a small town called El Tigre in 1982. He began his singing career at the age of five, and in 1992 joined the Children's Orchestra Salserín as one of the lead singers. He spent ten years with the band, participating in the recording of five studio albums and one live album, all of which are internationally recognized and were awarded Gold Record, Platinum and Double Platinum music awards.
As a member of this group he made numerous public appearances in concerts and media in different cities of Venezuela and other countries of South America, Central America, Mexico, USA and Italy. He was considered to be the youngest sonero from Venezuela and shared the stage with the giants of salsa: Oscar D'Leon, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Victor Manuelle and Tony Vega. He also starred in a Venezuelan TV mini series produced by Venevision and in a Salserín film called "The first time", which was extremely popular in Latin America.
In 2004 he moved to the city of Beijing in PR China, where he worked for the next three and a half years, participating in various TV shows and salsa festivals. In 2008, Jose Felix Ceballos presented his first solo album, entirely recorded in Venezuela under his musical direction.

From the beginning of his professional music career in 1992 until today Jose Felix has participated in seven great music projects. He spent ten years with the band Salserin and during this time they released six albums. He provided lead vocals in more than twenty songs, and sang backing vocals in every song on each of the albums. In 2008 he recorded his debut solo album simply called "Jose Felix".
Every step of this long and exciting jorney through the magic of music and hardship of growing up in the world of showbusiness has left a mark on the soul of this artist, but still he strongly believes in his work and the massages his music sends out.

Jose Felix sang lead vocals in songs "Feliz", "Mi Gran Amor", "Señor Cantante" (with Oscar D'León) and "Esperare por Ti".

Jose Felix interpreted "Amor a primera vista" and "Blanco y Negro" which were huge hits in many Latin American counties.

Jose Felix sang "Enamorado de Ti", "Heladero" and "Un Amor con buen Corazon". He also had his first debut as a composer for a song called "Un Si o un No".

Jose Felix provided lead vocals for "Enamorame" (together with Omar and Leonardo) and "Siento miedo de Ti". This was the last album he recorded as a member of the Orchestra Salserin.

Jose Felix participated in this album as a performer, composer and a producer, together with Jesus (Menudo) Moreno, Cesar Mijares and Mauricio Silva, also producers.
